A charming early 20th Century English made porcelain vase with sterling silver rim. Vase features image of ‘The Gleaners’ by Jean-Francois Millet (1814-1875), in earth tone shade of browns and blue. Vase bears silver hallmarks to rim indicating it was made 1909, in London. The vase silver rim is a little quirky which seems to me was in the making of the piece and not a dent. It is marked on the bottom but two lines marked through meaning it was a "second", not perfect. I believe the mark is Royal Bayreuth but the silver marks are from England. It was made between 1908-1912.
It is 4 3/8" tall x 2 5/8" wide.
