This is a Canton style plate most likely made in England. It has a painted surface and when turned at an angle you can see the lustre/luster accents. It is a very nice plate with no scratches, chips, cracks, or repairs. It does have crazing on the front and back of the plate. Very small crazing that unless you are looking at it up close you would never see.
