An exceptional standalone antique French Baccarat crystal carafe/decanter in the iconic "Bambous Tors" (twisted bamboo) pattern, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century. Features a striking "Rose Tiente" ombre colorway that seamlessly gradients from a rich cranberry ruby red at the neck down to a clear, soft yellow/greenish tinted base.
Authenticity verified by the raised, molded "DEPOSE" patent mark running along the outer bottom rim, alongside hand-scratched batch alignment numbers (12 / 1Z). This piece has been tested under UV blacklight to contain cadmium, producing a brilliant fiery orange glow. Shows period-correct micro seed bubbles trapped inside the heavy glass base. Beautiful clarity with no cloudy film or water staining.
