Stunning antique fine porcelain salad plate produced by Jaeger & Co. (J&C) in Marktredwitz, Bavaria, Germany, dating between 1898 and 1923. This exquisite piece measures 8 3/8 inches in diameter, making it perfect as a luncheon plate, dessert dish, or display cabinet piece.
The design features a striking early Art Deco geometric border with gold gilded linear accents framing lovely hand-painted pink rose clusters. The bright white porcelain blank beautifully showcases the vibrant floral and gold contrast.
The reverse bears the authentic green underglaze J&C Bavaria crown backstamp. It is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
