Lovely hand painted tea or coffee cup with saucer. It depicts Gisha's in a garden with Mount. Fuji in the background on the saucer. The saucer is marked and I believe that mark dates to the 1920's. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, or fleabites. They have a little bit of missing paint or wear in areas, but nothing that disturbs the design as it is slight. It is made of eggshell thin porcelain.
The saucer is 4 7/8" in diameter
The cup is 1 7/8" tall (almost 2") and 3 3/8" in diameter, just the cup.
A lovely set.
